Registration is now open for the ESAC Annual Meeting 2026 in Milan, offering ESAC members free access to a two-day programme on AI in oncology, with opportunities for learning, exchange, and collaboration.

Synthetic data are emerging as a powerful enabler of secure and collaborative oncology research. By eliminating links to real patients, these data simplify authorization processes while ensuring high levels of privacy protection while enabling new possibilities for simulating treatment pathways, testing alternative clinical scenarios, and supporting the early design of clinical studies. This six-month collaborative project explores the use of synthetic data as a tool to support oncology research with applications in breast cancer.
