  • Who can join ESAC ?

Anyone with an interest in AI and cancer research is welcome to join. This includes researchers, clinicians, data scientists, students, policy professionals, and institutional representatives from academia, healthcare, and industry.

  • When is the registration period?

Membership registration will open in April / May 2025. Stay connected via our newsletter and social media for updates.

  • Can my company/institution join ESAC in some capacity ?

Institutions can apply as Affiliate Partners, which is a separate track. These partnerships allow for collaboration on projects, event co-hosting, and organizational-level involvement.

  • How can I get involved in ESAC’s activities as a member?

Members can participate in working groups, contribute to collaborative projects, attend and propose training events, and take part in community discussions and networking opportunities. Full members may also be eligible to serve on committees or lead initiatives.

  • What are the membership offers ?

ESAC offers two types of membership:
Junior Membership – discounted rates, two options – (1) for undergraduate, and graduate students and (2) for medical residents and PhD students.
Full Membership – €30/year (for professionals, including voting rights)

  • Do members have to be based in Europe?

No. While ESAC is a European society, membership is open to individuals and institutions worldwide who support its mission.

  • How long is the registration valid for ?

Memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of registration and can be renewed annually. 24 month registration is also possible, at a 20% discounted rate.
