Following our previous announcements of the first Annual Meeting of ESAC, we are pleased to confirm that registration is now open and ongoing until end of April, 2026.
The meeting will take place on 7–8 May 2026 in Milan, co-organised with the AI for Oncology and Cancer Research conference, and hosted at the Politecnico di Milano. Participation remains free of charge for ESAC members, in line withour commitment to supporting access and collaboration across the healthcare AI community.

The agenda reflects both methodological and clinical perspectives, including:

Data quality, bias and reproducibility in AI systems, with practical clinical examples

Large language models and AI copilots for research and treatment decision-making

Agentic AI applications, including tumor boards and clinical trial matching

Clinical implementation sessions, addressing real-world deployment challenge

The programme also includes interactive round tables as well as networking opportunities during “meet the experts” and poster sessions.
Beyond the scientific content, the meeting is designed as a forum for interdisciplinary interaction. Participants include clinicians, data scientists, engineers, and industry representatives to provide a comprehensive overview of the field.
